The National Association of Multicultural Engineering Program Advocates (NAMEPA) is a national network of educators and representatives from industry, government, and nonprofit organizations who share a commitment to continued inprovement of the recruitment, retention, and graduation of African-Americans, Latinos, and American Indians in engineering and related fields.


The National Association of Multicultrual Engineering Program Advocates (NAMEPA) will be the premier organization dedicated to the development of leaders and innovators in minority engineering education through its programming and member services and partnerships within the engineering community.
