National Association of Multicultural Engineering Program Advocates, Inc. (NAMEPA) is a national network of educators and representatives from industry, government, and nonprofit organizations working to cultivate diverse technical talent in the fields of science, technology and engineering.
NAMEPA Region D is committed to sharing best practices for recruitment and retention and to providing members with information and tools to improve workflow and outcomes. Through regional conferences, leadership opportunities, and personal interaction, Region D helps members reach professional and organizational goals and provides a community of support and resources.
