National Association of Multicultural Engineering Program Advocates, Inc. (NAMEPA) is a national network of educators and representatives from industry, government, and nonprofit organizations working to cultivate diverse technical talent in the fields of science, technology and engineering.
NAMEPA Region D is committed to sharing best practices for recruitment and retention and to providing members with information and tools to improve workflow and outcomes.
