Membership

Any individual, institution, nonprofit organization, government agency, or corporation involved in the work of increasing the participation of minorities in engineering and technical careers is eligible to become a member of NAMEPA.

We offer a variety of membership options for individuals and organizations, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs and goals.

NAMEPA offers membership in four categories, and the membership application can be found here.

 

1.     STUDENT MEMBER: $20

Membership Criteria & Benefits: A student member is anyone who is interested in the work of increasing the participation of minorities in engineering and technical careers and is enrolled at an institution full-time as a student. This representative is entitled to receive all publications, attend all meetings at the member rate.

2.     INDIVIDUAL MEMBER: $250

Membership Criteria & Benefits: An individual member is anyone who is involved in the work of increasing the participation of minorities in engineering and technical careers. This representative is entitled to receive all publications, attend all meetings at the member rate, vote, and hold office.

3.      INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER: $500

Membership Criteria & Benefits: Institutional members are educational institutions (colleges and universities) that support the mission and goals of the Association. Institutional members may appoint a total of three individuals to serve as representatives. These representatives are entitled to receive all publications, attend all meetings at the member rate, vote, and hold office. Additional representatives above the allowed three can join for a reduced fee ($200).

4.      CORPORATE/GOVERNMENT AGENCY MEMBERSHIP: $5000

Membership Criteria & Benefits: Corporate partners are corporations or government agencies that support the mission and the goals of the Association. Corporate members may appoint a total of three individuals to serve as representatives. These representatives are entitled to receive all publications, attend all meetings at the member rate, vote, and hold office. You will also receive one complimentary registration to the Annual Conference.
