The cactus is the flower of the desert, blooming year-round, even under the most adverse conditions. This symbol represents the resilience and perseverance needed for traditionally under-represented students to succeed in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

NAMEPA is a premier organization dedicated to developing engineering leaders and innovators. Through its programming, member services, and partnerships, NAMEPA champions to enhance diversity. The national conference is the perfect venue for sharing these efforts.
